AFP features a complete professional audio service department, exclusively servicing JBL Professional products. AFP is also a JBL Professional factory-authorized warranty center. We have over 35 years of JBL Professional Transducer service experience and pride ourselves as being the premier JBL service center in Michigan.

All service items being sent to AFP must be properly packed with an RA number placed on the outside of the shipping box.
Items that are received without an RA number will be refused at delivery!!

AFP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAY CAUSED BY UNAVAILABILITY OF PARTS OR DELAY IN PARTS SHIPMENTS BY THE SUPPLIER OR TRANSPORTER. AN EXPRESSED TECHNICIANS LIEN IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED ON THE ABOVE PART OR PARTS TO SECURE ALL REPAIRS REQUESTED. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GOODS LEFT OVER 30 DAYS FROM COMPLETETION OF REPAIRS. ALL ITEMS SUBMITTED FOR REPAIR WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $40.00 DIAGNOSTIC FEE IF NO REPAIR IS PERFORMED. ELECTRONICS SERVICE RATE IS $85.00 PER HOUR. GENERAL LABOR RATE IS $40.00 PER HOUR. I (UNDERSIGNED) HAVE READ AND HEREBY AGREE TO ALL TERMS PRESENTED ON THIS DOCUMENT.
